Not Again...

I don't know if I'll ever post this. But I would like to just apologize to anyone who may read this blog, but mostly to myself, for being so irresponsible with it. I completely forget about it, I really do. But I was just having a look see through my old posts and I remembered what pride I had in this little space on the interwebs.
I'd hope to have it again someday, but we'll see. I'll be back with something in a couple of days, I swear on it.

It's March?

Almost an entire month has gone by without one post from your truly. Where have I been? I don't know. Just living life, I guess. I think I might just do some tags to try and get back into the groove of blogging... but I don't know. We'll see what happens.
So there have been a couple of interesting life developments. I've decided where I'm attending college. This is something I never thought I would do. I've been hiding from the idea of growing up into a real human who does real life things for a long time. Now that my plans for next year are pretty much set, I feel a lot more stable... and a lot... older. I feel like I'm growing up, and I kinda like it while simultaneously hating it.
Also, I've been trying to get in shape, and because of that I've gotten into the fitness side of Tumblr. I spend a lot of my life on Tumblr and working out now, when I'm not busy. I would like to look good for the summer, but well see. Maybe I'll write a few posts about it all.
I've also been huge into vine. I would never have the guts to start one, but damn. It looks like a good time.

So that's been my February in a nutshell. Tell me about yours?

a Winter Rant

I am so incredibly uninspired as of the moment. So uninspired. I think I have that thing that you get in the winter when your kind of depressed. When I'm at home, I just sleep. I've done nothing productive in a couple of weeks, not on this blog or in real life.
So I first want to say that I feel really guilty for not posting anything here for an entire week. I'm going to try a lot harder to produce some really quality content. I have an exciting post brewing in my brain that should come toward the end of next week. I also think that I'm going to do something more or less valentines related, even though I'm single... so unfortunately single.
Okay, let's get on with the rant. I'm basically going to name all of the things that I hate about the winter, so prepare yourself from some full on negativity.

-My lips remain chapped for the entire season. No matter what I do, no matter how I try, there's nothing that I can do about it.

-Sometimes, my car doors get frozen shut. It's difficult to get inside of my car. Today, I couldn't actually open my back doors, so I had to pull all of my stuff out(including my million pound backpack) from the front, which was a pain in the butt.

-Have you ever felt that feeling when your walking and the cold air is blowing directly at your face? It feels like your suffocating and you can't get a breath for the life of you. It's so scary. I've decided it's probably my least favorite feeling ever.

-Just driving in general sucks. It takes me almost twice as long to get everywhere, and I already have an issue getting places on time.

-I wish I didn't have to wear so many layers. In the summer, you can walk around barely wearing anything and your good to go, but in the winter you need like three coats and a sweater and big boots. I just want to not have to wear so many clothes.

-I never get much of a tan on, but right now I'm translucently pale. I'm having a hard time finding a foundation that is light enough for me, so I've been going pretty much makeup-less.

-The hot water at my house runs out very quickly. I like a long shower or a full bath, but the water heater thing in my house just isn't allowing for it.

-It's a workout to walk through the snow. You slip around everywhere and almost fall on your face about every ten steps. I just want it to be warm... please.

So that's it. I'm sorry that there's nothing else that I have to talk about right now. Whenever I even try to think of the makeup related things that I could do, I go completely blank... However, like I said, there are some other things that are coming up next week.
So my question for you is what are your least favorite things about the winter that I missed? Do you agree with any of the things that I listed? Maybe you have some favorites that you would like to share.

Moderation is Key

So I've decided that I need to use moderation when it comes to posts... duh.  I think that I got really carried away during the latter half of January. I hadn't looked at my blog since halfway through December and... bam, I was posting nearly every single day.
That's a lot, don't you think? Whilst on one hand, I'm very proud of myself for staying so committed to blogging, on the other, I started running out of ideas. I mean, if I had just decided to post twice a week instead of every day, I could have made the posts I'd done go most the way through February.
One thing that I just quickly want to say though is that I hadn't told myself that I needed to post every day for the rest of January. I did it, more or less, out of sheer excitement and joy that I have for blogging. I would get an idea in my head, jot some stuff down, take some pics when I got the chance and upload it just like that.
What's to come for February is more planned out posts. Hopefully some larger one's talking about things in general, like my Cold Weather Lips post or my Autumnal/Winter Nail Varnishes post. But I would also like to do some reviews and comparisons like my Dry Shampoo Wars post. Maybe I'll do a monthly haul and a monthly favorites as well as a couple what I wore and how I style posts.
Last, I just want to add on that I would like to post at least once but no more than three times a week. I think that this is a very obtainable goal for me. I would love to hear any ideas that you have for posts of your own or anything that you would like me to do!

A Fight for Hydration

I think I have a tendency to over dramatize my titles... But this is serious. I'm freaking out. I feel like a dry little shell of a human being. I know that it's a mixture of a few things that are making me feel this way, so I thought I'd give you a run down of them before I told you the items I've been slathering all over my parched body. Holy run on sentence...
First thing-with wind chill, it's been around negative thirty to negative ten for the past week or so. I don't spend much time outside, but with those temps, there's no moisture in the air. Second-I've started a new skin care routine. It's a lot more... thorough(?) than before, and though my skin looks great, it's feeling the effects. Last-I don't drink enough water. I've been obsessed with sugary drinks recently. I never drink sodas or anything like that because I don't enjoy carbonated beverages, but you'll never catch me just drinking plain water. I'm always drinking my zero cal lemon aid vitamin waters(they're SO GOOD!).
The combination of those three things cannot be good for my body. As a result, I've moisturized my face like four times today... looks like I'm going to make it through that eye cream faster than I thought... I'm even such a weirdo that I've brought all my products onto my nightstand incase I feel the need to add another layer.

FACE:

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion +
This isn't a greasy moisturizer at all, in my opinion, though it may be a bit much for those with oily skin. It's for very dry to dry combination, and I would classify my self a dry to dry combination. This stuff is great to put under a face of makeup because it soaks in quickly and doesn't leave a residue unless you really pack it on. It's also hypoallergenic, which is never a bad thing, especially when my face is feeling so sensitive.

Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream
This one would work with any skin type, I think. It's not my favorite eye cream ever, but it's the one that I have right now so I'm using it up. This one soaks in relatively quick, unless you have very oily lids and under eyes. You need a really small amount of this, but Ive been using too much in my desperation...

Smith's Rosebud Salve
This stuff is a lot like Vaseline. It's thick and greasy and doesn't soak in quickly, which is great for lip purposes. The most moisturizing products are usually like this because there's not very much, or any alcohol in at all. I talked about it in this post.

BODY:

The Body Shop Body Butter in Ginger Sparkle
I hate the name ginger sparkle. I think it's supposed to smell like gingerbread cookies, but it smells like lemons from up close and sort of like a bouquet of tulips or something from a far. Quite summery, wouldn't you say? Anyway, this is just such a deliciously thick and creamy product. Sometimes the consistency of body butters vary, I find. Like the mango one isn't very thick at all and the oat one(is there an oat one? it's in a tan container and has grain things on the front) is really thick, but not so smooth. This one is perfect. And my mom(I always steal her stuff...) picked it up on offer for five dollars when they're usually twenty. Bargain!
Alright, that's all I have to say. Thanks for reading! What are your favorite moisturizing products to use as of the moment? Have you tried any of these?

Sparkly Accent's

So today has been entirely unproductive for me. I had another day off of school because it was -30 degrees fahrenheit where I live. We've been having one of the hardest winters I've ever experienced, if not the hardest. Anyways, instead of being the productive little busy bee I should have, I sat around and watched youtube videos, read blog posts, had a lovely bath, and treated myself to a new color for my tips.

(left to right)

Sally Hansen Insta-dri in 340, Cinna-Snap
I used two layers of this all over.

Zoya in Faye
I used one layer of this on my ring finger over the two coats of Cinna-Snap.

So that's it. I know it's not the fanciest paint job(?) ever, but it's something that I wear quite often and I think it looks nice. So yeah. I hope you like it! Do you ever wear an accent nail?

Collective Haul

I've just done a haul, but I went shopping again... This time I bought A LOT more stuff. So hopefully this will be a bit more exciting! I know I'm excited! Okay, let's get to getting! So I went to Kohls(bleh), H&M, Lush, Aerie, and the Body Shop. Most of what I got was beauty products, no surprise there. Also, my dog decided to be a little helper...

Let's start with lush, shall we?  These are all new products for me. I decided to pop in because I haven't shopped there since before Christmas. Considering I used to go about ever other weekend, that's a seriously long time for me... and I was feeling deprived. The smell of that store is my version of heaven!

(top left)Phoenix Rising Bath Bomb
So this is supposed to smell like spicy apple and cinnamon, which I can never really say until I actually use the product. That's probably because it can get so mixed up with all the other scents of the store/my bag. The colors are beautiful and I'm really excited to use this.

(top right)Rose Jam Bubbleroon Bubble Bar
So I already own the Rose Jam Shower Gel and that scent is to die for, so I decided to go for this little baby. They're like horribly malformed macaroons-cute right? According to the website, the 'icing' stuck on the inside is coconut. So for these you break them in half so they're good for two baths!

(bottom left)Green Bubbleroon Bubble Bar
So I decided to try out two of the bubbleroons because they look great. This one is supposed to smell like the Grass Shower Gel, but when I smelled it, it smelled like apples to me. like I said earlier-I'll see what it really smells like when  try it.

(bottom right)Tender is the Night Massage Bar
I've never tried a massage bar before, and since this is new out with the valentines collection, I decided to give it a go. It smells like Vanilla, which is what it is suppose to smell like, surpass, surprise. Also, the lady at the store said she thinks they'll become a part of the permanent collection.

I went to Kohl's because I had a present that I needed to return. I really don't like Kohl's because the things that had any taste were so over priced. Alas, I decided on this sheer button down tank because I couldn't spend my money anywhere else. I do really like it though. I thought it would be adorable under a sweater because of the detail on the collar.

Next up is Aerie. I got two bralettes and one of those little fastener things for the back of your straps. I also got some other things, but I don't really feel like sharing those with the internet, for whatever reason.

Classic Lace Bralette in Odyssey Blue
So, I'm pretty sure that's what the dark blue one is. These are super soft and comfortable and I wanted something new to wear under my sheer, droopy tanks that I layer up nowadays.

Lace Racerback Bralette
I can't find the color of this one on the site, which is strange. It's just a lightish nude color. It's soft and comfy like the other and I'm probably going to abuse wearing these...

Strap Converter
So this is a three pack(black, nude, and clear) of little heart shape plastic contraptions that hook your bra straps together to make them a racer back. I mostly bought these because my bra straps are always falling of and slipping around. yeah.

H&M Dress
Excuse the white dog hairs. My puppy decided he wanted to help... I'm too lazy to try and find it on their website, so I'll just explain it to you. Kinda skater style, I guess. It nips in a bit at the waist and flows out just above your knees. Or my knees. I'm like 5'8" so this might be quite long on more petite folks.

Last is the body shop. I've never actually been into their store, I've only ever tired their body butter from places like Ulta. I'm really excited about what I got! I'm going to use all of it straight away!

(center front)Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder in 03 Medium Matte
If you have seen my face(if you haven't see it here in this post), you would probably realize that I am, by no means, medium. But it was the lightest shade they carried and it wasn't that overly dark. I've worked with darker and I have been lusting over it for a while... so I got it.

(left)Chocolate Box Shimmer Cubes
These are so pigmented and soft and buttery. The colors are great and neutral and yeah. I'm excited to put these on my face!

(back)Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil
After smearing makeup all over the back of my hand, the lady in the shop offered to take it off with this product. It's scented quite a lot, but it took the makeup off with ease and seemed very gentle. So in the basket it goes.

(right)Shimmer Waves in 02 Blush
This is such a pretty product. I've really wanted to get my hands on more highlight like products so this seemed perfect.

So that's it. Here's a few more pictures of Jack, the cutest photo bomber ever. Can this be considered a massive haul? I don't know. I'd say it's pretty large though.

Dry Shampoo Wars

I think The title might be over dramatic. Ah well. So I said a little while back in this post here that I might just review the two dry shampoos I had picked up in a moment of indecision. If they were to similar, the idea would pretty much be out the window, but there are some noticeable differences. Let's get cracking.

(left to right)

Batiste Dry Shampoo in Blush
This one I got for about five dollars and it come is a 6.72 oz can. I will say though that this can is a lot lighter than the other one and I don't know if there's less product or what. Promises and instant hair refresh for all hairstyles that's perfect to absorb grease and add texture in-between washes. I'll add that the scent is slightly floral and very subtle and that it sprays on white.

Not Your Mother's Clean Freak Dry Shampoo
I picked this one up for like eight bucks, I'm pretty sure(checks receipt again). Meijer receipts are so not descriptive! Anyway, it's a 7 oz can and it promises instant results. It absorbs excess oil, cleans without water, and has a lite matte finish. That's what the bottle says, at least. I just quickly add in there that it smells like a subtle citrus and stereotypical shampoo combination. A bit summery. It's also pretty clear when you spray it unless you spray way to close, which is nice.

Comparison
I feel like the Batiste one has the preferable scent because it's so subtle that it won't clash with perfume(which is such a first world problem of mine..). I think it's a bit more powdery that the other which means that it's finish is more matte and it gives a bit more volume. It also needs more blending in. When you do blend it in, white powder kinda shakes out everywhere, which is annoying. On the other hand, I think that the Not Your Mother's one would be quicker to use because theres no white issue and I do like the scent but I worry... about the perfume thing.

Bottom line
Though I like both, I find myself reaching for the Batiste Dry Shampoo more often.

So that's about it. I hope this helped you in some way, shape, or form. I like both products for different occasions. Tell me what your favorite dry shampoo is, I'd love to know as I'm a bit of a dry shampoo fiend.

Slowly Grasping the Ropes

So I was watching some old Sprinkle of Glitter videos whilst laying around(are we noticing my obsession yet?) and I saw this little gem. I thought, hm, Louise is quite successful, this can't hurt me a bit. So I watched her and Zoe talk about blogging galore and it occurred to me that a few changes are over due.
For one, I had to make sure that my Blog Lovin' thing that properly functioning. It is now, so if you would like to follow me in that way, it's available. ALSO I've set up a Google+ account and linked it here, somehow. Dunno what I did exactly, but now you can follow my profile over there are be updated whenever I post something new. Just have a little look see at the side bar thing of my blog and you'll find those. It didn't even occur to me that people might have a hard time following me before I watched that video. Goodness me, I'm an idiot.
Also, I've managed to construct a somewhat shoddy banner(the name thing at the top) and coordinate some colors. Hopefully my blog is easy on the eyes and the font is easily readable. I fear it might have looked nice before but was rather hard to read, so I've changed it up a bit.
Okay so if you've got a relatively new blog, like I have, or if you are thinking about starting a blog, I've got a couple of resources for you. Just a few... So there's that video I mentioned earlier on. It's done here on Louise's video and here on Zoe's. Also, for a bit more technical advice, you can look at Wonder Forest, by Dana. I recommend this post on creating a banner/header thing, which I followed the advice of. But she actually has a whole section on her blog, here, that is all about blogging. These ladies know way more than I do, and I thought that I might just try and share with you all incase you needed any help.
I want to quickly apologize about having very wordy posts the last few days. I'd love to beef them up with some pictures, but I've been having some troubles, as you can see here. I also created this post because I really felt motivated to. Getting this blog to be something that I'm even mildly proud of has been hard and time consuming, but so worth it. I've also just figured out how to properly add links into my blogs, so I've been going a little link crazy...

Photo Frustrations

So I'm a new-ish blogger, and along with that I'm a relatively inexperienced photographer. As I go about reading the blogs I love, I see these amazing, beautiful photos and I die a bit on the inside. On one hand, I love to look at them, bot on the other, I feel saddened/jealous because my abilities are no where near theirs.
Of course I remind myself that they are more experienced than me and it should all come with time and practice, but that doesn't make it any easier. Sometimes I'll plan out a post and when I go to photograph it, it all looks so bad that I just give up. I've only published about eight posts on here, but I've written out about fifteen and while some are waiting to be posted, others have been scrapped because of the photos.

Alright, let's turn this post around into something a bit more positive! Dana, who writes Wonder Forest, just had a post with some of here photography. But really, you can look through any of her stuff and be blown away. Also, Megs, who writes Wonderful You, always has lovely pictures as well. I particularly liked this post. Last, I want to say that Louise from Sprinkle of Glitter inspires me. She's such an amazing lady who has come so far in her photo taking skills. I mean, look at this lovely post. Round of applause ladies. I'll keep you each in mind as I work on my own skills.
So, who inspires you when it comes to blogging? And have you heard of these three? They're great and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Favorite Lips of the Season

I'm on a roll with lip stuff! As I said in a pervious post about winter lips, I would make a second post that included my bolder more beautiful colors that aren't really as good for your lips. So here it is. These are really products that I've been using and abusing these past couple months. So here we go!

So that's the lot. Six in total. Now, there is one that's a very understated pink and not bold my any means, but oh well. The point of this post was to really show all of the lipsticks I've been wearing, not jus the bold ones.

(From left to right)

Revlon Lipstick in 451, Pink in the Afternoon
What a lady like name! This lipstick is a crème finish and has a very slight sheen. And, though it is creamy enough, it's a little drying. It also has kind of a weird smell, but nothing I notice while it's on. Those are the only cons for this line though! I'd say that they have the texture and pigment of a much more expensive brand. This is a great everyday color and my kind of pink.

Revlon Lipstick in 750, Kiss Me Coral
I love a good coral-y orange, what can I say? I feel kind of vintage when I wear this shade and that's never a bad thing. When I first got it, I kind of regretted it until I put it one because it's a little ugly in the tube... But not I love it! This is, again, a crème finish and has the same things going for it as the first lipstick does.

Revlon Lipstick in 440, Cherries in the Snow
Revlon, Revlon, and... oh look! More Revlon! *slaps wrist* A classic shade, I'd say. I'm pretty sure that this color had been out since the sixties, which makes me love it so much more. This is a crème finish, once again. It has the same things going for it as the pervious two.

MAC Lipstick in A93, Russian Red
Finally, we're done with Revlon! This is a much raved about shade, and for a good reason. It's a true, blue undertones, darkish matte red. The finish is matte and it smells like vanilla. When I wear this, ever without a lip liner, I feel like it won't budge at all, which is amazing. If you want to know more about this product, there are so many beauty girls on the interwebs that know WAY more about MAC than I do... so check them out.

(From left to right)

Clinique Chubby Stick Intense in 04, Heftiest Hibiscus
So I didn't group these together because they're from the same line, but because they have the most benefits for your lips by far. This is a great color year round and the finish is quite shiny. These have a very neutral scent that it undetectable on the lips and they feel great. You can wear these and not regret it halfway though the day or night because you lips will still feel light and moisturized no matter how many times you need to apply. Great product.

Clinique Chubby Stick Intense in 08, Grandest Grape
I love this shade. It's really versatile in the way that it can either be vampy or super glamorous and luxurious. I haven't had the chance to west it as much as I would like... This has all the same things going for it as the pervious product. I have to say that this line is definitely worth checking out. I think they run around $17 a pop, which isn't cheap, but it's also not the most expensive product on the market. I've yet to encounter anything cheaper than it that feels just as beneficial for your lips.

Alright, that's it. I've gone you a look into all of my favorite lip products. I hope you enjoyed it. I would love to hear what you're obsessed with at the moment, so you can just comment down below and tell me. That'd be amazing. By the way, I painted my nails just for this post.

Nerd Alert!

Today I thought I would talk about a little something that sits on my face and allows me to see the world in focus. Yes folks, I wear glasses! I’ve always had slightly sub par eyesight, but it really took a turn for the worse when I was around fifteen. I’ve only actually had glasses for like half a year though… I don’t wear them all the time because I usually don’t care, but if I’m in class or doing something where I actually need to see properly, I throw them on.
These are the Randy Jackson RJ 3003’s… Let’s all have a good laugh about the fact that these are actually mens glasses and that they’re freaking Randy Jackson brand. I just liked the brown tortoise because it isn’t as harsh as black. And I also like the fact that they take up like half or my head(remember, they’re made for men who have larger heads), because the small ones make me feel like my head is huge. Can I say head one more time?
Last I just want to quickly say that I wear my makeup however I want to despite my glasses. I don’t feel the need to change my makeup routines in any way to work around them. However, I will say that if I don’t take extra good care of my under eye bags, it's almost like they're magnified by them and it's grotesque.
While I know these aren't everyone's cuppa tea, I've gotten lot's of compliments on them and I think they look good on everyone I've seen try them on. Also, my grandpa told me he had glasses like these when he was my age. Thanks gramps...

have a couple selfies. You're welcome

Little Haul

This is my first haul for this blog! How exciting! I love a good haul... so unbelievably much. This one won't be super exciting or anything, but oh well. I'm excited about the products and I thought that I would share them with you all.

(left to right)

Organix Coconut Water Shampoo & Conditioner
I bought them because I'm almost out of Shampoo and Conditioner. They smell like coconuts, obviously. Coconut scent is one of my weaknesses. So yeah. That's about it with those.

Rimmel Show Off Lip Lacquer in 500, Luna
I've wanted this specific color since I first saw this line introduced by the Brits. It's an awesome nudey orange that I think will be very wearable throughout the day. So... I bought it.

Not Your Mother's Clean Freak Dry Shampoo
I've needed a new dry shampoo for too long.. so I bought two. This one smells like summer time.

Batiste Dry Shampoo in Blush
The smell can definitely be described as floral and flirty, haha. Good job Batiste. I've had the original, so I thought I'd give this one a whirl. I think they retail around the same price. Maybe I'll compare and contrast in a future post?

Alright, that's it. Not a hell of a lot, but.. you know. I have a limited budget. I'm pretty excited for all of these products. By the way, this is the fourth post I've done this weekend. I tried to do an OOTD, but those are hard to photograph so I gave up... Anyway, if theres something you would like to see specifically, just give me a holler and I'll see what I can do. Until next time?

Cold Weather Lips

Right then, I'm sticking to my word. I'm going to bang out some posts right here and now. I'm going to try to get three done during my extended weekend(tomorrow is MLK's birthday!), but I might just go ahead and be ambitious and do even more!
Anyways, This post is going to be more about my lip essentials versus the bold beautiful lipsticks I've been wearing. I'll make a separate post on that. So these are the things that haven't left my handbag in the past month-the things that I wear and use pretty much everyday. I've literally just pulled five of them out of my bag to see their names... because everyone needs five lip products on them at all times, at least.

So that's all seven of them... haha. There's something for everyone in this bunch, I promise. Like I said, I'm saving my more bold ones for another post. We've got three awesome and very different balms, three sheer lipsticks, and one of my all time favorite lip crayon thingys.

(From left to right)

EOS Smooth Sphere lip balm in Honey Suckle Honey Dew
Did you know EOS stands for evolution of smooth? You learn something new everyday. We'll these have been raved about forever and ever. They're cute and they work great. This happens to be my favorite scent. It's sweet and subtle. They aren't sheeny and shiny by any means and have no pigment.

Smith's Rosebud Salve
Probably the cutest tin ever. This is very shiny when applied and smells kind of like roses and babies. A strange combination, but not one that I mind. It claims to help chapped lips and skin, diaper rashes(babies!), blemishes, detergent burns, rough cuticles and it can soften hands. The texture is very vaseline-y, you could say. It doesn't absorb quickly if you use it on your hands, but that's how very moisturizing products are because there's very little alcohol in them. yeah. I got this at Sephora. Also, I have to add that, despite it's pink color, it really doesn't add any color to your lips.

Nivea Lip Butter in Raspberry Rosé Kiss
Last, but not least. This is one of my all time favorite balms. It is probably in-between the other two in finish-slightly shiny, but not overly so. It's soft and smells like heaven. Like raspberry sorbet, or something. yum. I think this is the cheapest of the three, but I think they're all equally as effective. Nivea makes some great products for a very affordable price.

(From left to right)

YSL Volupté Sheer Candy in 2
I think the name of the color is dewy papaya, but it's not printed on the bottom. This was a christmas present to me, and I wear it very often. It could almost be considered a balm because it really doesn't add any color to your lips and it's super moisturizing. And the smell is DIVINE. Oh my god. I can't even begin to describe it. It's very shiny on your lips and wears off rather fast, which I get totally understand. These are awesome presents, might I add because even the darkest colors aren't over bearing and they're great for everyday use.

YSL Volupté Sheer Candy in 7
Again, the color name is not on the bottom, only the number, but I think it's sweet fig. Despite the different fruit name, the scent it the same, which, again, is to die for. This adds the most amazing red tint to your lips and I think it's great for an understated day look. The color stains slightly so the more you apply it though the day, the bolder the color is, but it never gets full on. I'm assuming that this is how all of the darker colors in the line are. This was, again, a Christmas present and I cannot recommend it more.

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in 001 Honey Douce
This has been a favorite of mine for a long time. It's smooth and moisturizing and very wearable. This is the most pigmented thing that you'll find in this post. I usually don't go for pinks, but this is a great mauve-y pink that I have gotten a lot of use out of.  Also, this is my favorite color in this very raved about line. Also, there's a slightly minty scent that I know people either love or hate(I remain neutral).

Lipstick Queen Lipstick in Medieval
This is a product I got because Lisa Eldridge recommend it(Check out her youtube channel, right now!). This was formulated to be like what women wore in Medieval times because they couldn't wear makeup. It's pretty similar in color to the YSL Volupté Sheer Candy in 7, but a little more of a pink tone to the red. It has a pretty neutral smell and, like all the other products, is nice and moisturizing. I used to wear this like a fiend, but I misplaced it for a couple months in my car...

Alright, that's it. I love all of these products. They're great for every day wear and for giving your lips a little boost in these cold months. I feel like I'm writing the conclusion paragraph for an essay. Anyway, just so you know, I wear the YSL Volupté Sheer Candy in 7 the most often. Thanks for reading! Round of applause for quality pics? See you next time?

Tsk Tsk..

I've been so unbelievably naughty with this blog. Where have I been? I dunno. I think that when I started it out I was a little swamped with life things and I wanted everything to be such good quality that everything spiraled out of control and... now here we are.
We? Or is it still just me? Either way, I've got a few little plans coming up here. Hopefully I have so much fun with them that I just keep going. Before I can say anything for sure, I have to admit that I know myself rather well. I know I'm just a fickle thing that can't be pleased by any one thing for a very long time.
Alright. I think that's it. Short and not so sweet. I'm going to do lot's of work preparing different things for posts to come because I have tomorrow off school.
